I’m sorry but whenever I go to Starbucks and I order a drink I feel like I know what it will taste like it’s annoying when I get my drink and it doesn’t taste right. I’m not the type to ask for a remake but it’s getting to the point where sometimes I just have to. For example, my boyfriend loves the Irish cream cold brew at a target Starbucks and the cold brew looked super light colored and it just tasted like super diluted coffee.
Also: does it make it better when someone asks for a remake nicely or is it just as annoying??

You're a customer? Wrong subreddit but welcome! You want just Starbucks. This one is for baristas to talk about you. JK.

If a customer asks nicely, I usually feel BAD that it was made wrong in the first place and express my sincerest apologies to them and will gladly go and remake it.

i am more than happy to remake drinks all the time, it’s never a big deal, the only time it’s frustrating is when the lobby is packed and we are all swamped, it’s not awful just inconvenient!

it’s really fine if you ask! as long as you’re polite, majority of us are more than happy to remake your drink! the irish cream cold brew shouldn’t look like that unless it’s been sitting out for a WHILE

As someone who has worked at multiple corporate and license stores (including target), don't go to target. they still use training manuals from 2016 and there's next to zero starbucks oversight. just not worth it

I only go to Target for the their dog sugar cookie.
