Honestly homie, just wait for an acceptance first before looking for store manager tips. Your opinion might change after seeing the workplace dynamic. It’s happened to so many green beans at my store throughout the years lmao

if you like it there, i think the most important thing is a commitment to open availability and the company as a whole. i think starbucks is super desperate and if you’re open to work everyday and eventually get better at things you’d likely become a shift, then go from shift to store manager. ofc idk any of that stuff because i’m just a barista in college but i’m sure you can do it and figure it out as you go. definitely mention it to your manager when you get hired
