This lady tried ordering a grande iced mocha cappuccino supreme at my store today and when I told her we didn’t have anything on our menu named that she said she ordered one here before. She couldn’t describe what it was and got a caramel macchiato instead.

Iced cappuccino with mocha syrup...? Idk what the 'supreme' means though. Also I'm not sure about your store but mine couldn't put mocha in an iced cappuccino, it wouldn't foam properly.

Hold on, how do *you* make an iced cappuccino?
Here it's skimmed milk put in the blender and foamed, poured over ice. If you add syrup then it doesn't foam properly.
