Question? So I’ve been told by managers in the past that only managers can do a write up, but then I was told by a current manager that I am allowed to write up a barista if I need to. Which one is right and if I can write up how would I go about doing that?

If you aren't an SM you cannot write up a barista and doing so puts you and your SM at risk of separation.
