i’ve heard about 10 different answers for this. is it free forever? for the first 3 months? is it taken out of your pay the whole time or just after those 3 months or???? this perk is so confusing 😭

It’s “free” for as long as you work for Starbucks but they do tax it in your paycheck. Once you leave Starbucks, you’d need to pay for it.

It counts as $8 of taxed income which is still a few cents compared to the full monthly price

yes it’s free, once you opt in they basically add an extra 8$ to your check and pay for it like that

headspace is just straight up free, once you sign in with your starbucks info they don’t charge or ask for payment

It’s free for an entire year then you have to renew it and it’ll be free again unless you leave Starbucks. Thankfully, I still have about 6 months of free before my renewal date

Trust it or not, even if you don't use it its considered a taxable benefit I guess and you are already taxed on it used or not. Same with the Hulu it comes with and other benefits
