I've been seeing a therapist on Lyra since August. It's a really good resource!
Once you create your account and enter some basic info about yourself and why you're seeking therapy, you can search for available therapists or counselors. All of them will be licensed professionals. They will have their location listed as well as certain specialties such as ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, etc, and you can book an appointment. I have 60-minute video sessions every week, which I can do on the Lyra website without installing any other software. You get 20 sessions a year, with the year starting on October 1st.
Sometimes it can take time to form a relationship with a therapist and find one whos style works for you, but I like my therapist a lot. She's been very helpful. One time she even recommended that I call out of work. She said she recognized the irony.

It's alright; try to research the therapists they recommend, too, and their preferred methods of... psychology, i guess? Like, solution-based does not mean what i thought it meant lol.
But once you get over that sign-up and initial questionnaire, it's just a matter of going thru a list and making contact
It's a tiny bit different than normal but it's not difficult, i've seen one for a year and a half now, almost two?
