Back story: it's kind of a petty joke between me and my friends/coworkers. These 30 year old women in our store wears them and acts like they're either a manager, or better than everyone else in the store. Mind you, some of us has been in this god awful Starbucks business longer than them. They always claim nobody else does anything and they are the only ones who does the job. Since they feel like this apron gives them much power, we all decided that we too should wear it and feel the power they're feeling. Sounds fair right?
