My manager sucks. Like a lot. As a shift, I'm struggling, and I only stick around because there aren't many places where I'll get 15 an hour. Between school and my managers dumbassery I'm struggling to keep my head afloat, and I don't know what to do. Suggestions? I'm more than happy to give more details but I don't feel like infodumping here on my 10.

Howdy partner! Would love to help however I can. I’m a 1st year internal SM 5 year partner asm/smed at 7 different stores for 1.8 years before landing in my permanent store. Safe to say I’ve seen a lot and would love to try to help you navigate this :)

people use drink sizes to indicate the length of their rants. so a short rant would be a really short one and a trenta would be a really long one
