New ssv need help w pastry pull?? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hey guys I’m a pretty new ssv, I’m closing by myself for the first time Wednesday so I’m gonna need to do the pastry pull which I’ve never done before. I’ve done the savory pull a lot bc I usually open, is it similar like just counting and pulling?

Just count boh when you start the pull to thaw so count whatever’s out of the freezer in the back then whatever is on the pastry cart in the front, if it’s kit expired count it then pull what the system says with any adjustments you think it needs. It’s just like the sandwiches but pastries

Oh ok thank you so much! We usually don’t have any left in boh so I just count the carryover pastries and then pull the amount the app tells me to pull?

Yep just count carryover and then the system will tell you what to pull:) super easy, I am the closing shift every day
