A few weeks ago I put over 20 boxes of frozen food on my order (a fair bit for a kiosk)

And I received one. One box of pumpkin bread. For a while we were running on only bacon Gouda and egg white bites

This but milk. We ordered the max 2% and got zero.

lmao yeah, we received two types sandwiches and a single box of banana bread a couple orders ago

Yup yup, my store is completely out of mocha sauce and pastries 😬

It’s really bad right now. There are a lot of things I can’t pull at night because we don’t have it is twice as long as the list of things I am able to pull.

Okay glad I’m not crazy because I ordered sausage cheddars 3 times last week and only two boxes showed after I’d ordered 6

SSV here, in the US automatic ordering has been put in place for stores for their frozen, rtd and sandwiches. It’s based on sales and what is pulled from the freezer. However, if a lot is given away for free, lots of damages, isn’t documented on the iPod during the pull, or goes out in mass; then it doesn’t automatically get ordered again. I’m struggling at my store because we have shifts who aren’t properly pulling things with the iPod and are doing too many right now recovery of sandwiches and such without documenting it. It’s awful
