Have any of you had a customer leave there debit on accident in the window and then come back to the speaker box later to get it back, but they demand a partner walk all the way out to drive to bring it to her? :') keep in mind this was during a rush while we're super understaffed as well.. (self.starbucksbaristas)

She told my friend on the headset that she didn't want to go inside (no health reason either) and didn't want to wait to get to the window, so we were all like, um ? and when we told her we can't send anyone outside for security reasons like she wanted, she swore and said she was gonna call corporate. love people :)

I’d say “I need to see two forms of ID, hopefully you have it available by the time you reach the window!”

Uhh how is HER mistake now YOUR responsibility?? She can wait in line, or not forget her debit card lol
