When wearing a beanie to work are females expected to put their hair up ? Or no

For food safety hair always has to be up if it's long enough to be in the way, regardless of what hat you wear... Which is why I never wear beanies at work, I'd love to, but I have a lot of hair and it's very long and I don't have a clue what I'd do with it in a beanie situation where it's still out of the way, so I don't try. 😅

When I had longer hair, I would wear it in a braid or two if I wanted to wear a beanie :)

Hats don’t change the general hair rule. If your hair is past your shoulders it has to be put up

Yes, tbh every time I wear beanies/ hats I always double braid or low double bun my hair since it’s curly.
