New job! I am going to be accepting a new job with better pay and more towards my career. I want to keep my numbers for when I want to pick up some extra shifts. I am a shift supervisor, if I bump down to a barista do I keep my pay still? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Every shift that I know of thats stepped down gets bumped to barista pay, often even base barista pay
