Cheese danish is fuuuuooocking NAASTY. The shape of it is not conducive for a pastry like this. When danishes are round you can get each of the different ingredients (puff pastry/crust [and not just the shit on the bottom], filling, topping [fruit/berries/etc.] together in one bite, allowing them to compliment each other, and also keeps the cheesecake filling from being too overpowering.

But not only does the Sbux danish have a shit ingredients/bite ratio due to its shape, it also doesn't have anything to tone down the overwhelming sweet yet also unpleasantly tangy flavor of the filling. And there's so *much* oh the filling that it's like eating your way through a half warm, half curdled cheesecake lake 🤢

**PRO TIP THO!! - Put some cin dolce powder on to before heating it. Now that shit I WILL eat.**

Coffee Cake - It *would* be a really great coffee cake if it weren't so gods damn DRY. Shit tastes like something a mom made and put on the windowsill to cool in the middle of a dang dust bowl. People should've just taken 3 consecutive bites of a room temp Sbux coffee cake instead a spoonful of cinnamon for that dumb challenge.

Almond Croissant is fr one of the best I've ever had. The only time I've had one better was from a French bakery (Bakery Nouveau) in my town (Seattle), and it's twice baked with hellllllllllllllla flakey ass letters and thick almond paste. But ours are actually pretty high up there imo.

My personals though are:

OR - Butter Croissant. They just don't have as much croissanty flavor as I'd like. Plus they're gone on like 2.4 bites and leave me wanting 6 more.

UR - The sugar cookies. I loved them so much

Personal Fave - BNB with 2 pads of butter and some java chips sprinkled on top *\before*\ warming

(Also, not pastries, obvs. But my go-to non-pastie item is taking the bacon from a smoked gouda and warning it in the oven *\by itself*\ for like 1.5 min, then placing it back on SGBS and warming it all together open faced. Gets the bacon super crunchy and the cheese bubbly and crunchy around the edges of the bread :D )

That almond croissant is just so on point. And it smells incredible. But also, I cannot even look at the blueberry scone without thinking about a customer that told us she saw the blueberries from the scone in her poop as she bought another one.

If you heat up a vb scone (carefully ~~and not around a manager~~) and put some whip and strawberry puree in a short cup, swirl it together with a spoon, it's heavenly. Used to be a menu item, too.

Tbh our coffee cake is okay. It's too spongy for my liking but if there's one opened by mistake and someone offers it to me, i won't say no. Something about our blueberry pastries just grosses me out. I usually love blueberries in stuff but our muffins and scones are wayyyyy too sweet for me.

I love the almond croissant & chocolate chip cookie! Not tried anything else yet
