Misgendering people violates the third place. Doesn't matter what your personal beliefs are. If you can't respect other people, why work for starbucks, a company that touts its acceptance of all religions, races, genders, and orientations? SSV shouldn't cuss at you, yes, but she was right in dismissing you.

Looking at OP's history, they misgendered someone and were unapologetic about it. In fact, they likely were aggressive about what pronouns 'should' be used.

I had to edit out the beginning - it's just muffled sounds as the phone is in my pocket. I was told to go home for making this crazy woman angry and immediately pressed record on my phone and kept in my pocket as I gathered my things - that is what you hear and see in this video

I'd also like to point out that while her using "get the fuck out of my store" *is* unprofessional and not ok per Starbucks standards, it isn't being "cussed out."
