Hmmm… This is really nice of you. Of course, we are expecting to make it right and create tht human connection with every customer. But for you to prioritize one person over all the others, is her fault for being selfish when there are a lot of people in this world and a lot of them go to Starbucks. I think you did a great job. She was just incredibly entitled and selfish. Don’t beat yourself up over it, and I’m glad you ranted about it to get it off your chest. People suck and may have good intentions but the way the majority of customers at Starbucks speak, carry themselves, and act, is just childish. You are awesome and doing amazing. I’m proud of you for not chucking the steam pitcher at her😂😂

Honestly some people are just really dedicated to being miserable! You were so kind, don’t even worry about, it’s not a reflection of you but of her

One thing anyone who has owned or managed a business knows is that there is a certain percentage of your customer base that you're better off without. Better to "fire" these customers than to continually spend an inordinate amount of resources trying to satisfy those who will never be satisfied.
Sbux upper management has, unfortunately, not learned this.
Don't spend too much of your mental energy on the 5-10% of customers who, frankly, aren't worth it.
