My favorite is doing a final wipe down of the counters at the end of the night and breaking down the sinks. Everything looks so clean and shiny. Then morning crew shows up.

Least favorite is floors. They’re NEVER clean.

favorite is making all the backups especially whips and refreshers for the morning shift the next day.

my least favorite is dishes. i used to love it because we got to listen to music and didn’t have to deal with customers, but i had to be on dishes everyday for like two weeks bc my shifts said i was really good at it that my hands got rashes and cuts from the cleaning solution. now i despise it, but i don’t mind doing it every now and then

I love cleaning sinks, fridges, and bathroom and will do everything possible I can to never touch floors again

I hate when you have to make drinks in the middle of half the equipment missing and our counters look wrecked. It just gets to me and I’m surprised customers don’t get upset about it

Weird thing but I love doing the pastry case. I don't like throwing all that food away but love lining up all the little tags in neat little rows, organizing them from sandwiches to pastries. After that, taking the pastry plates and stacking them nicely in neat little ways every single time.

My least favorite thing is mopping. No matter how hard I try it's never clean and my footprints are still there. Infuriating.

Favorite: Bleaching EVERYTHING. Cabinets, counters, tables.

I am a shift now but my favourite is turning off the music and the lights, its like popping a tylenol from the heavans

Least fav is that my manager just took away one of my closers and now we close with one barista on the floor

i LOVE doing bar closing. Other than the drains (ew) I like washing the dishes and putting them out for the next day. I love wiping down the machines and pilling them. and wiping down the counters after everything is done is superior. restocking is okay. not my fav part of closing but it’s fine. i HATE doing floors. i’m always stuck with floors. The dragonfruit and strawberries never come off of the floor

Most favorite is collecting, organizing, and dropping the tip bag.

I absolutely love cleaning bathrooms, sinks, lobby, and counters. Just so satisfying to clean the mess of the day and have it not touched once again until 5a the next morning, just knowing no customers or partners will mess up a good hard work clean until another 9 hours. I like to make whips and sweet cream too.

Least favourite is probably dishes only bc my hands are very in bad shape right now from constantly washing and dishes. Maybe could wear those rubbers gloves. Other than that, would be sweeping and mopping, while it’s time consuming and isolated, it hurts my whole little old body.
