5L cold brew, 5L water

in a cube, you mix 2 liters of ice and 4 liters of water and mix until the ice is completely melted and then you put that in the keg w 5 liters of cold brew

I tell my team if you don’t need the kegs right away, 5L of both cold brew and water. If you need the kegs immediately and they’re not chilled, 5L cold brew, 4L water, 2L ice! I’ve seen it done both ways.
