*told lady while ordering through DT that we were out of straws* she orders 4 fraps. after repeating the order, i confirmed that she knew we were out of straws. she said "well how are we suppose to drink them?" i said "well i was hoping you had some in your car, haha" she laughed, i laughed, good stuff. she gets to the window.. "you should really tell people before they order that you're out of straws" then continued to have an attitude. ok lady, there was a sign outside and i told you twice. i dont get paid enough to say it again

also have been out of small straws for a few weeks….
