Cussing you out is not acceptable behavior. Having someone wait 30 minutes in line and then you don’t serve them isn’t either. Go have someone flag the last car that’s being served and start turning people away. The idea that we let someone sit in line and then go oh look 3pm I’m not serving you is just awful.
