My store has no food. Our 18 hour pull was two boxes of breakfast stuff like literally 10 mins ago. We didn’t get our food order yesterday and our paper goods order was missed so we have no oat milk either and cups are gonna be interesting

We are always out of many things. It changes daily. But I have to tell every customer everyday that’ “I’m sorry we are out of that” Sometimes they just leave.

Yesterday we were out of mocha, caramel sauce, dbl smoked bacon, sausage and cheddar, all of our loaves, and all cake pops. So yeah, that was fun.

We're out of espresso, grande hot lids, coffee base, white mocha, oat milk, butter croissants... We lost our manager pretty suddenly to a promotion and everything fell apart immediately. (We're a kiosk store, and none of us left were properly trained on how to place orders.)

heavy cream today — someone walked half an hour to the store and half an hour back just to get more so we could keep making whips and sweet cream.

also been out of honey and honey blend for over a week. running out of pumpkin loaf and banana nut loaf regularly, as in almost daily, and the other day we had no grande cold cups whatsoever. straws, sleeves, stoppers, and sugar too.

like… we’ll run out of the most random shit, and have to explain to the customers that we just don’t know when we’re getting *any* of it back because when we’re supposed to get it, we rarely ever do.

Customer connections is the way

This morning we had about 10 grande/venti hot lids to work with. Thankfully we were able to trade a nearby store for some vanilla.

between wednesday and yesterday: no food except vanilla bean scones and bagels, no butter, no blueberries, select choices of RTD&E food, and low amount of breakfast. no honey blend, honey packets, hazelnut/toffeenut/raspberry. one thing of white mocha left, ran out of 2% and had to get some from walmart, almost out of dark chocolate curls & red sprinkles, nearly out of heavy cream, no venti straws, but at least we have our been there mugs back in stock. and they keep asking for red cups when we ran out at 9am on red cup day

we ran out of all non dairy milks last night, except for coconut. our supervisor had to order 16 2% milks from instacart, and we’ve been consistently running out of mocha and white mocha :)))

It’s like how does Starbucks expect us to keep our customer connections up its so irritating

No food because we are out of an oven lol among other things

we’re out of mocha, white mocha, frap roast, almond milk, strawberry inclusions, plain croissants, all cake pops, cartridges for whip (so whip), bacon Gouda, grilled cheese, peach tranquility, honey, oatmeal bowls…. I’m sure there’s more.

so yeah, it’s a nightmare.

edit: how could I forget warming papers & pastry bags!! & espresso. was using the last bag earlier before I clocked out.

Every Stbks been out of my favorite (toffee nut) since the pandemic started. I have spent so much less $$since. I tell ya. I feel for you <3

by 11 am today we ran out of all food items except the three types of egg bites, butter croissants, and cake pops

Out of venti straws, hazelnut, honey blend and packets, whole milk, most cake pops, raspberry, anything apple, there’s more but I can’t remember lol. The other day we completely ran out of anything white mocha and that suuucked. (This all changes weekly or daily)

I've been saving so much money from not risking it right now because of shortages. I couldn't get espressos once and the uber app shut down.

I had a 3 day weekend and when I got back, everything was back in stock. We had an emergency truck order show up and my manager borrowed stuff from all over the city. 😊

The other day we were out of most of the pastries and all the sandwiches and paninis. And then we ran out of sugar cookie and peppermint syrups. We had so many people either leave or yell at us about the shortages

Yeah our dm warned us of the shortages ahead of time and told my manager to order as many cups as she can

The other day I only had butter croissants. I was on drive by myself and I think I wasted half of my spirit telling ppl we only have butter croissants. Do you have..... Nope. Just butter croissants.

We tried to upsell them so I could just tell ppl we were out of ALL food.

For real one of my braces got yelled at by like three different customers in front of our DM because we had no food because of the automated ordering system🤦‍♀️😭

Bouta be out of all of our hot cups and pretty much only have the holiday syrup, mocha, vanilla and caramel.

Not rly what ur looking for but my store ran out of ice today and I wanted to die. That was after we had to get our grande hot lids from another store. (if we don't get some in our order tomorrow we're fucked)

The other day we were out of grande/venti hot lids.. got these shitty black kids as a replacement. Did not fucking fit one bit but we still had to hand them out. Multiple people spilled HOT ASS drinks on themselves in the drive thru. Someone called and demanded a refund and remake because after they began to drink it the lid popped off and spilled all over them. We had to suffer with this for like four days. At one point we were just selling tall hot drinks only for safety reasons obviously and people were so angry it was unbelievable.

Lmao us last weekend. I don’t even know what I’m walking into tomorrow. :,)

my store just opened and we haven’t had any deliveries, as we’re still marked as unopened in the system, and i’ve been working almost daily. we’re out of all rtd&e (mostly the food), raspberry, very berry inclusions, honey blend, peppermint, and we ran out of almost all of our milks because no deliveries. we also don’t have wifi or music yet so i feel kinda bad for customers trying to get work done

a better question is: what aren’t we out of. for the past two weeks, we’ve been out of something at different times… except the vanilla and classic syrup 😂

Automatons orders be like

last week my store was out of mocha, hazelnut, toffenut, honey blend, jade citrus mint (still out), sleeves, venti cold cups, all of the alternative milks, decaf espresso, etc. it was terrible.

Lol when I left at around 4 all we had for pastries were chocolate brownies and chocolate cake pops. The only breakfast sandwich we had was the turkey bacon.

Luckily we have a full rtde case, cause oof.😥😥

Customers are so mean when we are out of stuff like it’s personally the barista’s fault :(

We were out of ice today for a good 15-20 minutes. Had to go to another store to steal ice which they too were short on😀😀😀

Lol same we are more stocked with ingredients but the food is a joke all I have in my freezer is 1 box of cranberry bars and 1 box of egg bites that’s it

We aren’t allowed to pull any food for the next couple days due to some mistake or something. So we were running out of almost every food item today lol. It was fun :)

Only had sandwiches and glazed doughnuts today 🙃 people got upset cause I couldn’t give them they’re precious cheese danish
