Sometimes you have to remember: it's just coffee, and it's just a job. This job doesn't have to bleed into the rest of your life at all. The words they say to you are over *coffee*. And if they get that upset and feel the need to scream at an exploited worker over their drink not being iced, they must have a very, *very* sad life.
Its just coffee, and it's just a job you have.
It doesn't have to be anything more than that.

Going to be honest these incidents hurt me hard. From my experience though, their freak out seems like it's near unstoppable. For those customers, there likely was no way to help them better and they came to the store with the INTENT of being upset.
And with that I tell myself: "Some people want to have a bad day, and I can't change that. I did my job and if that wasn't enough for them then it's their problem not mine."
