this is where I'm at right now as a lead. I have a girl who's missed four of her last five shifts, and the one she was here for she left halfway through. it's put a huge strain on our team because everyone is stretched thin so I don't have people who can come in to cover. But as much as I just want to wipe my hands of her I also need her as she a really strong order support mid and is great at keeping the store clean. so she's getting a verbal warning on Monday, assuming she's there

I asked someone to cover my shift who then quit like two or three days before the shift they were supposed to cover with no notice and I faced no consequences so I think you’ll be okay. Especially if you got it approved by your manager

PRSC virtual coach says you should be on a final written, but it is up to your manager's discretion. If there wasn't an emergency, then it will probably be a final written.
