I don't think there's really a thing with Starbucks for *unpaid* sick leave. You just... call out. If you call out too much, you can be fired, but outside of that... that's all there is to it.

No I’m referring to just calling out. My manager said that I’m being unprofessional for calling out twice so I just wanted to see if there were any limits on it

There’s no “certain amount” but i feel like if you just got hired it is unprofessional. Not only unprofessional but also unfair to the partners that have to struggle, especially if it’s busy.
