literally not 10 minutes into my shift today I'm on dtr and a lady comes up and asks me to throw out her trash through the drive thru. It was starbucks trash but I mean I don't know this lady, I'm not taking her trash from her and throwing it out. She got VERY mad at me, and said "I should be able to throw out my own companies trash". I insisted and apologized I couldn't take it, and blamed covid for the reason, to which she said "that bullshit isn't even real". And then, when I handed her her drink with my hand on the bottom of the cup to minimize hand to hand contact, she grips my whole ass hand and says "there now you have covid too" in a mockingly voice.

Someone grabs me like that they're getting their drink dropped and I'm walking away after an almost threat like that sick joke is made towards me. People have died and that woman is really going to act so low as to do and say that? Not ok. Please tell me you reported this to your manager, that's not ok and could also be a reason your store has to quarantine.

*For next time* you can refuse not to take outside trash because it is a health code violation, hope this helps you feel more comfortable, I am sorry about your day and particularly that experience, I just know Ms Karen’s hands were crusty.
