We once had someone come through our drive and asked for 20 (yes 20) Caramel Crunches. We told him he had to come inside and make the purchase through our café. Funny enough I was café bar that day and they had to swap us out so three people could work on the Frappuccinos 🥲🥲🥲

Dark caramel on the bottom only, caramel drizzle on the top unless the customer specified it. When we’re out of caramel drizzle we’ll ask the customer if DC on top is ok but only then. Edit: saw the rest of your post, yes, we’ve been in the same boat. A lot of customers started liking it that way

Careful, your store number is showing. Also when someone orders too many drinks in the drive thru I pretend they are joking. I laugh and say “hahaha you scared me for a second I thought you were serious!” It has stopped a grand total of one (1) person. That person drove back around and ordered the other half of their drinks since we had no other customers.
