I'm all by myself, 10 minutes from close, a couple comes in and they want two hot chocolates. No prob bob coming right up. And then the girl goes. "Okay this is going to sound weird, but you know how they have iced coffee? Can I have iced hot chocolate?" I look at her kinda weird but say "sure, but it's just going to be chocolate milk. Is that okay?" She says sure, so I go and make the drinks. Hand them over, she takes one sip and asks me what it is. I said "it's chocolate milk, I asked you if that's what you wanted" she takes a drink of her boyfriends and goes, "oh no, I wanted a hot chocolate with ice in it so it isn't hot" okay, whatever, I remake the drink, hand it to her. She takes a sip and makes a face and says "that'll do I guess". ITS THE SAME THING AS HER BOYFRIEND'S. He at least gave me multiple sympathetic glances and tried to explain to her that she was making no sense. This whole interaction pushed me past close and I had no coworkers to vent to, so you guys get to hear it.
TL;DR: Don't order cold hot chocolate and then be surprised when you get chocolate milk
