Try and move with your shoulder and less wrist flexing! Daily wrist stretches help as well.

When you sleep wear a brace that is for wrist support. When I was a mail carrier I had to wear one at night and it definitely helped for when I got on the job later. If that doesn’t help you’re going to have to see someone so you can have a doctors note to be put on R1, drive, or just CS for the healing time.
