i’m more or less a newer barista trainer and for my last trainee, my sm decided for us to not go over coffee academy stuff and focus on cs, register, etc. but for the trainee i’m training next week to go over it with them. but i’m not sure even WHERE to start with it let alone having to pin point how the plan should go with explanations and what not.

so my question is how should i introduce and train new partners to coffee academy? ;-;
