this one lady ALWAYS comes in the drive thru, and makes a big fuss when at this point, we know who she is and what she wants. She demands we give her our biggest lemon loaf and we all groan whenever she starts her order because she keeps going on and on about "make sure it's not the end of the loaf, i don't want the smaller pieces. the middle is bigger, thats the one i want, okay. OH, MAKE SURE THE ICING IS RIGHT SIDE UP." ughh i really wish we'd just give her the smallest or just say we don't have any.
we also have another regular who always has talk about so much. i'm new, i thought, hey, i'll listen to the old lady, maybe she's lonely.
NO. she talks so much even if we act uninterested and she says stuff like. "ugh, prices are up for everything. it's fucking BIDEN'S fault" or "kids these days don't respect police, we need Trump back. People are fucking idiots for voting for blah blah blah...". π

I had one lady who comes daily and is always in a rush, gets the same order and pays in cash.
Lately she's been coming in and pissing me off because she looks at our cheapest merch which is fine but she asked me about the cups, the plastic hot cups for Christmas. It was fine but she was asking me questions like how hot they are, and I told her I didn't know, I asked someone else but no one else knew at the time. Ahuge line up behind her but okay. She couldn't decide how many to get, then she wanted one for herself and her coffee in it. She couldn't decide on 3 or 4 then eventually settled on having the 1 for herself to try first. Then asked for a snowman cookie, I punched it in and grabbed one for her and she said "oh not that one, I only want the red one. " So I gave her red one then she said she wanted to pay 3 dollars in change and the rest on debit. Just so many things, she was at the til for 10 minutes.
She came in the next day and had the audacity to tell me she was in a rush. I will move snail pace for you now ma'am for at least a week.

bro i hate when they act like that, like i'm not gonna move any faster for you. Also- PEOPLE THAT HONK IN THE DRIVE WAY AND WANT US TO HURRY AND TAKE THEIR ORDER. π

Iβve had several of these people. I always explain that the loaves weigh the same. Even though one has more or less surface area, itβs the same amount of loaf. Some people refuse to accept it.
