if another store needs coverage they can’t get from within they’ll let surrounding stores know and they can send their partners in to help. if you’re the one looking for hours, you can let other store managers know you’re available to fill any gaps (within your availability and outside of what you’re scheduled at your home store) and they might reach out to you. as long as your manager and the manager of the store you’re going to is aware and it’s approved, you just show up to the store you’re gonna work at and go about it as a normal shift.
