Hi all. My wife started part time Aug 25th 2021. Her 11/26 pay stub has her at 255 "BEN Hours". I've helped her enroll in ASU when she started and she was recently accepted. Now we are trying to navigate how the benefits "kick in" as the ASU website still shows her "ineligible". I can't seem to find anywhere in the partner portal on where she can verify she is eligible. I also can't find anything on google/reddit that's consistent out on how benefits work when you start, and what constitutes eligibility after 90 days.
Are the 255 hours enough make her eligible in those 90 days?

Just got off the phone with them. 240 hours within the first 3 months. Eligibility for ASU will be activated Jan 1st, after which it is 520 hours every 6 months on schedule with every employee Jan 6ty & June 6th to maintain eligibility.
