Anybody else’s partner card on the starbucks app not giving them the right amount of stars? i’m only getting 2 instead of the 3?

Mine hasn’t for like a year. I don’t actually buy anything much so i haven’t cared to investigate it more.

Might have to add your partner numbers for it to work. You have to log in on starbucks.com on a computer and go to settings to add your numbers and that will give u the discount on mobile orders, automatically put ur numbers into the system when ordering at the reg and most likely fix the stars problem

I’ve been trying that for a while now and it says my partner number or my last name is wrong idk
I’m in the Canada maybe that’s the issue idk but could you pls guide me

I don’t even know how to do that on partner card & lost the paper one
