I had a grande with 25 sugars a few months ago, handed it to the customer who said “thank you so much I bet your hands are hurting I appreciate it” 😳

had to make a shaken espresso the other day with 15 raw sugars. I kid you not the grande cup was a third full of sugar

My coworker was helping me with drinks and didn’t realize the lady who ordered the pikes with 15 sugars was right there and said: “15 raw sugars? Like the first 10 weren’t enough?”

it’s such a specific number i deeply wonder how it came to be

someone ordered an americano with 15 splendas then came back 3 times to get cold brew refills with 15 splendas each. in total he had 60 splendas under 30 minutes and a hell of a lot of caffeine

had a woman come through and order a pike with extra breve and 25 sugar. not kidding. then she proceeds to stick her finger in her like once i hand it to her and say “this is FREEZING”. mind you she wanted EXTRA CREAM. so i offered to remake the pike. she agreed. i got her her new drink, fresh brewed pike. THEN she came back and asked for 25 MORE SUGAR AND MORE CREAM. i hate it here

I had one asking for a tall coffee with 4 Splenda and extra steamed cream...but with 30 pumps of sugar-free vanilla. Like Jesus just chug the bottle since you clearly hate coffee.

We have a regular that comes in who gets 20 pumps of vanilla in his iced coffee. Plus like an crap ton of heavy cream. He says it’s because he doesn’t like the taste of coffee and I’m like ???? 🤔🤨

My manager gave me permission to just use classic in cases like this with normal white sugar specifically. ;P

my store had a guy who would come through every day and get 22 sugars in a grande pike. one of my shifts got so tired of it they put classic in just to see if the guy would notice and to save us time … guy came back the next day and upped his usual to 24 sugars 🙃

Like when a customer told me they wanted 10 pumps of chai and I said “oh yeah 7 pumps of chai?” In hopes that I heard them wrong.

Got a regular who comes in a couple times a week. He always orders a venti pike with 10 sugars, 10 Splenda, 10 pumps of sf vanilla, 3 scoops of vanilla bean powder, sweet cream, extra cream, and extra whipped cream. End up getting like a splash of coffee in that drink.

Just say you don’t like coffee at that point bud, just like this dude at my old store who would get 23 Splendas and extra cream in a venti

Also have a lady come in who gets a venti hot Mocha with 10 pumps of mocha and 8 raw sugars

My store has a regular that gets two grande pikes w/ 10 raw sugars each every day

… that does not taste good.

Had someone order *8* pumps vanilla and 4 pumps pumpkin into a venti Toasted white mocha, with pumpkin creme foam and caramel drizzle in my store. Save some sugar for the rest of us jeez.

I had someone in DT ask me how many grams sugar EACH milk had just to add 4 stevias 🧎‍♀️
