I had this same issue at my job before Starbucks where they would over schedule me. Unfortunately it is technically legal that they do, yet that doesn’t make it right still. I would just tell them either you talk to me about my hours or you can find someone to take my current scheduled shifts cause I’m in school and I can’t work this much.

yeah I have this problem too. my sm just doesn't really listen to how many hours we ask for and schedules really randomly. it's so annoying.

Yeah I’d say threaten to transfer again. What frustrates me the most at my last store was that there were people still living with their parents rent free and they got more hours than I did when I KEPT telling my manager I have rent and bills. I transferred and my hours went right back up
