Questioning how to change availability because I want to create a happier life balance and switching shifts all the time isn't something I like.

go to the mypartnerhub and update your availability where it says “my availability” or maybe talk to ur manager? sometimes they’ll decline ur availability (like mine did- still trying to change my availability lmao) and then if they decline put ur foot down and try or threaten to transfer tbh
