you absolutely can. people have gotten banned for simply cussing at customers. I honestly think y’all should call the police the next time he comes in. do it secretly and try to keep him there til they get there. your manager is just being lazy and not protecting her employees

It usually starts with filing an incident report and then from there you move on to store bans/blacklists and then even legal action

My store banned a creepy regular who would hit on all the female baristas.

No one cared at first because all the baristas were above 18 and could handle themselves. Then started hitting on me. I was 16 at the time so people then starting taking it seriously.

We filed a few incident reports but nothing really happened. He was still allowed to come in and get a drink, but not stay on our property.

One day he came in as two police officers were stopping in too. The female officer listened to everything we had to say about how creepy this man was. She got paperwork that we filled out and he was officially banned from our store.

good question i was wondering the same. at my store we have this young man who comes in everyday for hours, never buys anything except for one time.

he has been caught taking out his phone and taking photos and videos of the female baristas from his chair. he also basically harasses all of our female baristas, which makes us all feel uncomfortable. i thought he was banned, but he is back.

If your manager is not handling this issue they should be fired. This person is a potential threat and needs to be taken seriously.

All it takes is them getting trespassed. However I think starbucks is heavily against this unless necessary as you trespass someone with the “wrong skin color”, or who is just “misinterpreted” and people will try to cancel the company for racism or whatever else nonsense.

That's only if it makes it to the media. I trespass at least 1 person a week. Sometimes more during the holidays.
