There is one thing I wanna say (ssv btw).

The fact that they are sharing what is being privately said during a shift meeting is a big no no. If its coaching or something expected to be shared that is one thing. But when shifts vent during a SSV meeting or say something they feel is an issue, that should not be getting spread ESPECIALLY to the person it regards or anyone for that matter. Now as a result there will always likely be an adverse relationship between you and those shifts. And the shifts who told you probably exaggerated making everything 100x worse.

The shifts who told you should be demoted. If you cant keep management meetings private you aren’t cut out for management. As for you, no on reddit is going to be able to know if you are a lazy or hard worker. I would sit down and chat with your manager and see what he/she/they say about your skills. Maybe they have some tips to help you improve. But yeah now that that sour relationship has formed/come to light between you and the shifts its gonna be a nightmare.
