Do not pay extra or fuck up your health insurance because of one bad rep. Sometimes in life we need to stand up for ourselves. This is one of those times. Some people are mentally losing it these days for obvious reasons, just ignore them and continue on with your business.

you probably got the same lady i dealt with about MY benefits this week. she was so rude!! i have never had a bad PCC experience before that, but will now be paying for 4 paychecks worth of insurance in my next paycheck and still hear her voice in my ear telling me it’s my fault. i’m sorry that happened to you too!! i got a survey yesterday and cut INTO them about customer service. if i have to be held accountable by my service so does she.

she was so rude and for no reason i just wanted my address fixed and was letting her know i wasn’t getting any mail because of this reason. As an adult i felt like i was in middle school getting yelled at by an adult. I was so taken aback i was just like ok just transfer me to the person i need to talk to. I wish i would have caught her name. The second lady i talked to was amazing but sheesh .
