So I’m having issues with a partner. She doesn’t talk to me unless it’s to tell me to do something not ask she demands. I also work with my younger sister and this barista treats her like she’s an idiot. For example she pulled her aside to show her how to get ice bc my sister didn’t get it in time since she was in the middle of taking an order. This partner and another talk shit about me and my sister in front of us. I usually ignore it but last time I said “Hey you’re not going to talk to *my sister* like that. You don’t talk to anyone like that.”. Like wtf do I even do. The shifts know and we have no issues with anyone else. I’ve had a few partners come up and tell me they have our back since they see what’s happening. Ughhh. We have no problems getting ice, emptying trash etc but like freakin ask us don’t just demand then pull us aside and show us when we don’t do it within 2 mins due to being busy with something else.
