Okay so we got a mobile order of 4 fully customized drinks at 12:30pm
we finish them by around 12:40pm
the customer comes to pick the drinks up at 12:50pm and asks me to remake them all…. i ask “why” and she tells me because they’ve been sitting there for half an hour… i told her they’re still in good condition (which they were!) and she insisted on having them remade- keep in mind my store is super busy and we were backed up with like 20 drinks already. I’ve never wanted to fight a customer so bad

Sounds to me homegirl should’ve just ordered at the store instead of mobile ordering. 🙄

If theyre finished by 1240 and she arrives at 1250 its 10min and id say "well these are within our regs for how long they can sit, as per policy i cannot remake them, so either you can have them or you can have a refund in the form of a gift card. Good day!"😂
