Caramel Fraps and Caramel Macchiatos get drizzle standard. Same thing for the Apple Crisp drinks as well.

Nope! Only fraps with frap chips (mocha cookie, Java chip, double chocolatey chip) get mocha drizzle. Shockingly not the mocha!

The POS says hot chocolate gets drizz, but I've literally never seen anyone do it unless the customer asked for it

Caramel drizzle: Carmel Frappuccino, caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino, caramel macchiato, caramel apple spice, salted caramel mocha, salted caramel mocha Frappuccino, salted caramel hot chocolate (which we'll be able to make again-- though without the salt topping--if we ever get toffee but syrup back) .

Also horchata Frappuccino (old drink, not ordered much at all anymore).

Mocha drizzle: anything with Java chips like Java chip Frappuccino, double chocolaty chip creme Frappuccino, mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino, chocolate cookie crumble creme Frappuccino, hot chocolates (though my store doesn't do this 😬).

It's a coffee frap with almondmilk, cinnamon dolce syrup (if we ever get it back), topped with whip, caramel drizzle, cinnamon dolce sprinkles. I love the almondmilk, caramel, cinnamon combo, but honestly have no idea what horchata tastes like.

If you're still out of CD, maybe try blending real cinnamon in with caramel and brown sugar syrup?
