i’ve linked my partner numbers to my app so i could mobile order stuff, but my discount isn’t working. is it not applicable towards mobile orders? it works when i scan in store though

it could be that the system is down for a bit. i placed a mobile order, the partner discount didnt pop up like it normally does. placed another one a few hours later and it worked.
