So… I can’t stand my new SM. She doesn’t listen to anyone’s input. She micro manages hard core. And it’s come to the point I’m done. But I really do enjoy working for this company. So I applied at 3 other locations in the area. I have an interview with one I’ve worked at as a borrowed partner before. Can she see that I’ve applied, and botch it up. Because I know atleast 1 or 2 more SSV that are leaving as well which is going to leave her with 4 if you include her at a 60k/week store. I know I’m going to have to get her to approve the transfer I just don’t want her screwing up the interview process because I don’t know how much longer I’ll be at Starbucks if I can’t transfer somewhere else.
