Lady came in wanted something complicated done with something to do with gift cards. I couldn’t understand what exactly she wanted done with her accent and the MASKS AND PLEXIGLASS IN OUR FACE! She kept saying “how you not understand!” “You confuse me!” “find someone else!” Turns out she wanted funds added to her app so she could by a gift card with those funds. Oh and a hot coffee…with cold foam 🙃
