So, I’ve been w the siren for a year and a half and I got promoted in august. I’m doing a decent job but I struggle because I was never officially trained. I struggle most with coaching and handoffs, my partners are amazing but please give me advice on what you do to coach your partners or better handoffs? Or anything with keeping times down if you have a drive thru
I’ve been communicating to my SM and we are going to go through some questions I have so he can help guide me through it.
