If you're having meltdowns, I would quit, apply for short term disability and find a job that focuses on your strengths. You don't want to be having meltdowns. That's no way to live. SBUX is a high stress environment and while they will try to focus on your strengths/needs, they do need to do rotations. Rotations are a way to train new peeps. You're just seeing it from your perspective. Try to see it from a shifts perspective and a managers perspective.
Good luck and I hope you get the help you need. Meltdowns are no way to live.
