Someone ordered a hot chocolate with a double in it the other day

IVE SEEN THE NO ICE ONE BEFORE!
It was this one gentleman who came in. He was a great guy, actually. He had some mental issues, and he said it really bothered him when his frap would separate, so he just got rid of the ice.
I wonder how he’s doing, I haven’t seen him in a while :/

“Can I get a peppermint mocha but no mocha, no swirls, no coffee?”

Someone mobile ordered a grande in a tall today. Gave it to them in a tall and they didnt get it remade so I guess we made it right 🤷🏽

me: i’m so sorry, we’re out of caramel brulee syrup right now
girl: can i get it without the caramel brulee then?
me: so you want a plain coffee frap?
girl: no, i want a caramel brulee without the caramel brulee

We also don’t have a mocha creme button so maybe?? But they also added peppermint which we do have that as a button so … idk man customers do the craziest things sometimes.

Me: Do you mean a Mocha one? We could make that one shot of Espresso or the normal Frap coffee instead?

C: No, I couldn't get on with a Mocha. Tastes weird.

Me: Oh .* me who can't be arsed to argue and puts order through*

I was like alright.

Had a customer order a kids hot chocolate. No mocha. She actually argued with us when we told her that mocha is just the chocolate sauce. She couldn’t accept that mocha doesn’t have coffee in it.

So how did they expect you to make the frap then? 😂
