Hi everyone, i dont like posting essays so ill keep it short. The boss at my current Target Starbucks is a workaholic with insane expectations (2 person 1 hour close after an all day rush, overtime gets you written up and not getting everything done gets you written up) and just recently told me my attendance (called out twice for food poisoning) is unacceptable. Like what? I work my ass off for no positive feedback and the way she runs the store when she is there makes me incredibly anxious. When shes not there im totally fine.

Anyway yeah, is it worth it to apply at a different starbucks or is this experience pretty consistent?
