if you haven’t been trained on bar yet, it SHOULD be coming. if they have ended your training, i would talk to your SM and DM about why your training was left incomplete.

They put me on bar for the first time around 3-4 weeks after my training ended. Not for long though, it was only for a little bit per day and for cafe in the very dead hours until I got the hang of it. I started roughly at the same time of another girl so they had us bounce back with one another to figure it out and if we couldn’t, the SSV would guide us through it until we both could eventually get the basics down and then stay on bar longer. It’s normal to not bar for your first few weeks, if it gets to a month without being on bar, talk to your SM

It took about two months for them to put me on bar 💀. I found out that it was because I had nails though

They didn't let me on bar for nearly 3 months after being hired yet the person hired 2 weeks and then 3 months after me got put on bar and only bar right away. That's not how it should be handled. You need to be trained on all positions and should get to be somewhat on all stations. And I was working 40 hours from the very start and kept asking to be trained on bar so I could be more helpful to my store and also if I needed to help out another store. It was embarrassing to be sent to another store and tell them I only knew how to do register but had been with the company for months cause they just never wanted to train me fully there.
